There is a Book Signing and Launch event happening for a children’s book today, “Tile, Vinyl, and Carpet — You’re Beautiful the Way You Are.” This children’s book is the 4th book in a series all written by Marshalltown Company CEO Joe Carter.
Joe wrote a book back in 2002, but didn’t have an illustrator so didn’t work on more drafts. He eventually sent it off to an illustrator.
To his surprise, she was excited and all in. All 4 books are based in Marshalltown and have Marshalltown ties. The most recent book is about reflooring Thompson True Value after the 2018 tornado. Come out to Thompson True Value tonight to meet Joe and purchase his newest book!
