Harvest activities are winding down for Kentucky farmers. 

Soybeans are 95% harvested. 

Tobacco 76% stripped. 

Winter wheat is 91% planted, with 75% emerged, and 85% rated good to excellent. 

Pasture conditions have shown some improvement, but lingering effects of the dry weather during the fall are evident.  Hay stocks are lower than normal, as producers have had to rely on hay earlier than usual.  Supplies are 4% very short and 19% short.
