Last night at the Marshalltown City Council Meeting, the city council did vote on the naming of the Water Plaza set to go in at Mega-10 Park.  The voted unanimously to name it after the Apgar Family, Tom Apgar was at the meeting to give comments.

Apgar has spent his entire life in Marshalltown and mentions that he has not seen as much happening around town as he does right now.

The Water Plaza may have some dirt beginning to move yet this calendar year, but it is scheduled to be finished next year.
